Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Cramp Champs. We take pride in our premium, caffeine-free herbal blends. Because our products are ingestible food items, we maintain strict health and safety standards in accordance with FDA guidelines.

1. Returns of Unopened Products

We accept returns on items that are unopened, factory-sealed, and in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To initiate a return, please email support@crampchamps.com with your order number.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once our Quality Control team inspects the returned seal, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Opened Products (Health & Safety)

To maintain food safety and flavor integrity, returns are not accepted for opened pouches. Once the heat seal is broken, the product is considered consumed and is ineligible for a return or refund. As an artisanal herbal product, we cannot offer refunds based on personal taste preferences.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a broken seal, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include photographs of the damaged packaging and the shipping label.
  • We will ship a replacement bag immediately at no additional cost to you.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Cramp Champs is not responsible for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number is generated, the "Unopened Return" policy above applies.
