At Cramp Champs, we are dedicated to getting your premium herbal tea to you safely and efficiently. Because our blends are handcrafted for your cycle, we prioritize secure handling and reliable delivery.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

• Standard Shipping: $5.95 or Free over $75] via USPS/UPS (3–7 business days).
• Expedited Shipping: (1–3 business days) for those who need their tea before their next cycle begins.
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Because each bag is valued at $50, we ship all orders with tracking and basic insurance.

• Cramp Champs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier.
• We highly recommend shipping to a secure location or a PO Box to ensure your premium tea arrives safely.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been processed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Currently, we ship to USA and Canada and the Caribbean. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your tea is on its way, you can track its progress using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label is created.
